Open & Closing of Cafe
Opening duties include turning on machines, prepping cafe for guests, counting till
Supervising staff, inventory management in support of manager, quality control, cafe cleanliness, cash flow and float
Closing up cafe and ensuring all is prepped for next day
Receive 3 - 4 days of intensive instruction in barista training, food prep, cooking, crepe making, teamwork, organization and customer service as well as money handling and reports.
Receive an additional month of on the job support to assist in transition to full responsibility of duties to ensure full understanding
Extras:
Previous experience in a supervisor role
Previous cooking experience preferred but not necessary
References in good standing
Previous experience in a cafe
