Position Overview:
The fish packer is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely manner. The team member is expected to intake sport fish, assist our fish processors in packing the sport caught fish, racking the fish in the freezer and keeping the orders organized while maintaining a clean work area, and actively contribute to a positive team environment.
Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Vacuum-pack the cut fish, insuring the orders stay organized
- Organize the processed fish in the freezer
- Help with sportfish processing intake and pick up
- Maintain a clean and safe work environmentÂ
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives.
