The Factory its a creative hub consisting of a lifestyle boutique, jewellery studio & photography print shop. We are an inspiring, creative and fun work environment. Our clientele is always stoked to visit our curated space and appreciates well made, ethically sourced goods.

We are looking for someone to join our team who is creative, has a fun energy, excellent customer service, is self motivated with attention to detail.

Duties: A shop assistant would help with all the day to day floor duties of a retail shop; floor sales, delivering an excellent customer experience, receiving new products, ensuring a tidy space, assisting with social media, merchandising, and supporting coworkers, opening & closing duties, product knowledge.

Additional duties would include researching and sourcing ethically made goods, 

product development and design marketing, social media and brand growth, assisting with LF Jewellery details and website updates.
