The Property Manager reports to:

Port Alberni Non Profit Housing Association (PANPHA) Board of Directors.

Cool Waters is a 20 unit Non Profit affordable housing complex created for a diverse mix of lower income singles.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year post secondary certificate in related discipline (IE social Work).
Business Administration an asset
Current First Aid
Strong Computer Skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work unsupervised
Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act and related regulations
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
Experience in Subsidized housing Property Management would be an asset
Valid BC Drivers License
