Details 

Some of the duties of the Executive Director will include:

  • Writing applications for funding and grants
  • Developing programs to foster community artists
  • Facilitating outreach and communication programs
  • Fostering positive relationships with community members
  • Directing and supporting the Board and Arts Society
  • Taking minutes, maintaining meeting files, reports, etc
Qualifications 

The candidate:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to collaborate
  • Have experience in the creative arts sector
  • Possess a broad understanding of Tofino and its artistic community
  • Possess strong administrative and accounting skills
