Ucluelet Harbour Seafoods, a division of Pacific Seafood, one of the leading seafood Processing Companies in North America, with operations in Western Canada as well as the United States, has an opening for the Full-Time permanent position of Facilities and Workforce Supervisor for its operation in Ucluelet, BC.

Reporting to and working with the Facilities and Workforce Coordinator, the Facilities and Workforce Supervisor will be part of a progressive and dynamic team and have responsibility for and oversee all activities related to Temporary Foreign Work program and accommodations as it relates to Ucluelet Harbour Seafoods (UHS).

Duties include but not limited to:

• Filing of application for Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
• Working with company retained consultant to fill the requirements of employees once a positive LMIA is received.
• Arranging of travel for chosen Employees
• Assisting with arrival and orientation of employees once onsite at Plant location.
• Preparation of room and room schedules for arriving workers
• planning / overseeing needs of accommodations during the employee stay.
• overseeing the procurement of additional accommodations as they are needed and become available in District.
• liaising with District Officials and other Agencies on requirements of accommodations.
