Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service concerns.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Generate and communicate service quotes to customers.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
Make sure technicians have the whole picture of what services have been authorized.
Track and follow up on all work orders throughout the day and ensure accuracy of posting and final closing.
Communicate, communicate, communicate. Make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle, and customers always feel up-to-date on what is happening with their RV.
Timing is everything and our customers want to get back on the road to enjoy their RV lifestyle quickly. Prompt attention to their concerns is key.
Keep those work orders up-to-date, including all pictures and documentation necessary to ensure payment from warranty and insurance companies.
We don't want you to get bored, so cross-training in parts will be provided as the advisor may occasionally need to assist in this department.

Health & Safety Considerations:
Strict adherence to all health and safety policies is necessary
Able to lift parts and accessories up to 25 lbs.
Bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching
Willing to work in a shared office space
Able to sit and stand for long periods
Able to work comfortably with computer equipment, including monitor, keyboard and mouse
Able to deal with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers using calm, effective, and courteous communication.
