 BMP provides residential support and day programming for adults with developmental disabilities. We support individuals in all aspects of daily living. We are looking for qualified applicants who would like to make a positive contribution in the lives and community of the individuals we support and who will take initiative to develop and access opportunities with supported individuals. 

Duties: Support individuals within their home and community to access a variety of activities while working with a person-centered approach. Provide training and support with activities of daily living, development and tracking of program goals. Provide personal care as needed. Support an individual in leisure, recreation, and self-help skills as desired. Administer medication to individuals in accordance to written policy and procedure. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
