Job Description:
As a line cook, you are responsible for food preparation that allows the head cook to maximize their time. Your main responsibilities include chopping and peeling fruits and vegetables, preparing all kitchen tools like spatulas, pots, and pans for cooking, and measuring out ingredients for the head cook. You will be required to prepare dishes based on the direction of senior staff. Your main goal is to work as a team with the head cook and other staff members to maximize the workflow of the kitchen. Must be available weekends and evenings.
