The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing captivating graphics, creating layouts in upcoming publications, managing our social media channels, and assisting with ad sales initiatives. This role also involves website design tasks to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including advertisements, marketing collateral, publication layouts and website elements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our materials remain cutting-edge and effective.

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build and engage our online community.

• Generate and curate high-quality, shareable content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and proactively engage with followers to foster positive interactions.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ad Sales:

Identify and reach out to potential advertisers and partners to generate advertising revenue.
