Work Setting: The Whale Centre — Whale Watching, Bear Watching & Hot Springs Tours

Position Type: Full-Time, 5 days a week, 8 hours | March 2026

Summary

Our Guest Experience Agents are the heart of our front desk operations and play a key role in creating unforgettable adventures for our guests. This position involves selling tours, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and working closely with our boat guides and team to ensure smooth departures and exceptional service.

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, friendly, sales-driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with people — and wildlife!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in, phone, and email guests
• Sell tours and take accurate reservations
• Check guests in and assist with departures and arrivals
• Communicate with guides and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments, close tills, and complete cash-outs
• Assist with online bookings and email inquiries
• Walk guests from the office to the dock
• Support team members as needed

Compensation

Wage: $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
