Sproat Lake Landing Resort is looking to have a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader join our team. We currently have a position available for a Restaurant Manager, the position is fulltime and year round, hours vary based on seasonal business. In the role of Lounge Supervisor you would be responsible for the day to day operations of Drinkwaters Lounge, provide a genuine and engaged service offering to our resort guests, local residents as well as your team.

Previous food and beverage experiences would see you have a great understanding of B.C. + international wines as well as trending mixology based cocktails and local craft beer. Front of house staff schedules, compiling weekly orders, completing monthly beverage inventory, supervise small catering functions as well as guest issues are duties you would complete.

Future career development is possible, the successful applicant would have an ability to advance their career through training for the position of resort duty manager.

Hourly rate $20 -$30ph based on experience, ability to earn personal tips and be part of support staff tip pool, complimentary accommodation is possible. Schedule is based on seasonal business, nights, weekends and long weekends, 2:00/4:00pm regular start time, 9:00/10:00pm regular finish time.
