Middle Beach Lodge is looking for a breakfast attendant to complete our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and has a strong attention to detail! The breakfast attendant will either work alone or with others in a team, to ensure that our guests enjoy a complimentary buffet style breakfast overlooking the ocean.

The Breakfast Attendant will report to the Breakfast Supervisor, Head Chef and General Manager.

What You’ll Do:

•  Open the lounge and dining room each morning
•  Brew coffee and bake pastries for guests
•  Refill food and supplies at the buffet as needed
• ·Maintain proper sanitation of kitchen area and guest spaces throughout shift
•  Clean and put away any dishes used while on shift
•  Put away deliveries
•  Fully clean the kitchen at the end of your shift
•  Additional chores as required
