I have gotten overwhelmed with the amount of work lately and I am not able to keep up anymore. I am a very easy going person and I will not be one to yell or get angry. I am however VERY particular on how I like my work done. I am also not worried about someone’s speed when it comes to finishing a task or job, I prefer that the work or job is done well and properly. Speed is something that comes from years of on the job learning.

I have gained a lot of repeat contractors and customers from the work that I try to give each and every time. Thus I will need an employee willing to potentially do things a little bit differently if they have already worked in the trade. If there is someone that is looking to get into the trade for the long haul I am willing to train as well.
