Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas of the book of accounts are verified for accuracy and integrity and securely stored
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Management, including Collections.
- Cash Management
- Complete Payroll Process including all aspects of record keeping, audits, external submissions, and reporting. Monitor legislation for amendments affecting taxes, wages, etc.
- Group Insurance Employee Coverage and Maintenance
- Manage records for Tire Storage, ADF Remittances, Worker’s Compensation, Employer Health Premiums, National Account Sales, Business Insurance,
- Periodic and annual reconciliations and audits of all GL Accounts
- Prepare year end Trial Balance, review accounts, and make necessary adjustments.
- Consult with Accountant during final review prior to Tax Return Submission
- Data protection and storage
- Maintain and update all office equipment, computers, VOIP Phones, Internal Network, Security Cameras, Wi-Fi Security, Alarm System
- Consult with Vendors, Customers, Government Agencies, service providers of Office Services
- Manage Advertising campaigns, co-op funds, budgeting and website amendments
- Obtain quotes for major purchasing of Office Equipment or Services
- Customer Relations and communications
Job Remuneration:
- Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
