Arbutus Health Centre is searching for a Clinic Coordinator to join our team!

As an integral part of this community-focused holistic healthcare centre, you will use your creativity to put your individual stamp on the position.

 

Qualifications 
  •  Highly detailed, well organized, and forward thinking.
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, work independently and be self-motivated.
  •  Intermediate computer skills, proficient with MS Office including Excel, and comfortable with Mac operating  systems. Experience with Jane App clinic management system is an asset, but not required.
  •  Patient focused, supportive, delivering high standard of service.
  •  Ability to communicate openly with patients and team members in a professional and personable manner.
  •  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  •  Experience in a similar role preferred, but not necessary.
  •  Must have secure and permanent housing and be willing to commit for a minimum of one year.
