- Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
- Lead by example by taking an active roll in daily tasks & delegating to team members
- Quality checking tasks have been completed to a high standard
- Assisting to find coverage for employee shift absence
- Ensure excellent Customer service as well as the ability to be punctual and reliable
- Must be enthusiastic, personable, helpful and a good team player.
- Follow set procedures during opening/closing shifts (weekend/closing/open shifts mandatory)
- Reservations/Events manage booking system
- Assisting FOH Manager & Assistant Manager with an y other necessary tasks
