We are looking for someone to join our organization that can work directly under the Alberni Athletics Soccer Club Board of Directors and perform all the administrative duties. These duties consist of processing registrations and payments, maintaining our information database, submitting reports, extensive scheduling, updating and maintaining our website and social media, responding to emails and other office related tasks.
The hours of this position are approximately 20 hours a week and are flexible with the exception of being in the office most Saturdays during the regular season (September – March). During the week, work can be performed in office or at home.
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, including navigating various platforms, specifically Team Snap. Experience with social media platforms and the ability to create and manage content would be an asset. Other desired skills are:
