Must have previous management experience in hospitality (craft brewery industry would be an advantage)
Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
Lead by example by taking an active roll in daily tasks & delegating to team members
Quality checking tasks have been completed to a high standard
Must have cash experience
Inventory control/Ordering
Ability to train new employees
Assisting to find cover for employee shift absence
on call/flexible weekend work essential
Ensure excellent customer service, problem solving, handle customer complaints
Follow set procedures during opening/closing shifts
Reservations/events managing booking system
Must be able to use word/excel
Computer skills are required
Social media experience
Must be able to receive orders and process paperwork
Ability to organize/manage events
Assisting General Manager with any other necessary tasks
