We have a full-time dishwashing position becoming available in September but would like to start training the right candidate immediately.
30 to 35 hrs per week (Must be available weekends)
18-20/hr starting wage plus equal share tip pool (7-9/hr fluctuates). Free staff meals & drinks.
Must be comfortable working at a very fast pace while maintaining a high attention to detail. A person in this position is responsible for all prep dishes, kitchen dishes throughout the day, and all front of house wares (plates, bowls, cutlery, etc). A dish washing shift is usually 6 to 7 hours of which you will be required to be on your feet. The ideal candidate is familiar with working in commercial kitchens and possesses excellent communication skills.
This is an open kitchen and a very small space which requires a friendly demeanor and high level of personal hygiene. This position can lead to other opportunities and advancement.
