• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented properly, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting, coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
• Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to kitchen management.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen inventory.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations at the end of shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
