Tofino water taxi is a locally owned business seeking an individual with customer service skills and a great multitasker to work in our office during Tofino’s busy tourist season. 

Responsibilities include:

• Customer service to walk in customers and phone customers
• Dispatch for the boat drivers and compiling schedules for tours and taxi service
• Processing payments
• Ability to communicate in a calm professional manner to both boat drivers and customers during high stress times of the day
• Managing our online booking system throughout the day 

To be able to commit to 3-5 days a week in July & August.
