Crystal Cove Beach Resort is seeking two friendly and reliable Guest Services Representatives to join our team on the beautiful west coast of Vancouver Island.

This role is ideal for a couple who love the RV lifestyle and own an RV suitable for year-round living. It can also be a great fit for two friends or a couple willing to share a room in shared staff accommodation.
If you’re applying as a single applicant, you’ll need either your own RV or be comfortable sharing a room in staff housing.

We currently have one full-hook-up RV site available for the right candidate.
If you do not have an RV, please let us know that you will require staff accommodation and are willing to share a room.

The Job: Guest Services Representative

As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the Crystal Cove experience—welcoming guests, helping them feel at home, and ensuring their stay is memorable from check-in to check-out.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering warm, professional, and thoughtful customer service
Taking reservations (phone and in-person) and entering them into our reservation system
Checking guests in and out
Processing payments
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
Light cleaning duties, including office washrooms, windows, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
Lifting up to 25 lbs. when needed

Compensation & Perks

$18.50 per hour
Free accommodation
Wage review after a 3-month probation period

Qualifications

Pride in your work and attention to quality
A positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work with a variety of personalities
Availability to work days, evenings (up to 10:30 pm), and weekends – this is essential
