The West Coast Café (WCC) is owned and operated by the West Coast General Hospital Foundation (WCGHF) and is located in the hospital's lobby adjacent to the Health Square. Reporting directly to the kiosk supervisor, the kiosk attendant will be responsible for the efficient preparation and serving of quality fresh food and beverages, safe food rotation and accurate daily cash-out, while always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The position is a part-time casual position to include a combination of evening shifts (2:00pm 6:00pm) and weekends (9:30am - 2:00pm). The WCC is a small but busy café, requiring the attendant to be on his or her feet several hours per day. The kiosk attendant must be highly organized and willing and able to maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with all WCC customers and WCGH Foundation stakeholders.
