Provide administrative support to lawyer, greeting and initial contact of clients, answer phones, opening, maintaining and closing of files, draft correspondence and documentation, coordinate calendar and scheduling court dates, filing court documents with courthouse, communication with other lawyers and courthouses, screening and response to emails.
General office, family law, wills and estates law experience, ability to type 50 wpm with high accuracy, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines, written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task while paying attention to details, ability to demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor.
