Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook in both hot and cold kitchens. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under pressure, preparing high-quality meals, and running the kitchen independently or alongside our Head Chef. If you're organized, reliable, and have a passion for culinary excellence, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and specifications
• Assist in hot and cold food preparation
• Cook on the line during service, ensuring food is cooked to perfection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Work closely with the Head Chef to execute daily kitchen operations
• Step into the role of running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain high food quality standards
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation during busy service hours

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Prep Cook and Line Cook
• Ability to work in both hot and cold stations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to run the kitchen independently or with the Head Chef
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
