We are looking for a passionate and motivated instructor to spread their love of the ocean and join our team! Our core values are to empower women and minorities to get out on the water. To teach high quality surf lessons in a safe, fun and inclusive environment. We create a non-judgemental community that educates and empowers all peoples to get out in the water.

We teach daily beginner surf lessons, intermediate surf lessons and surf camps. As well as surf lessons, your daily duties would include maintaining surf and safety equipment and transporting equipment to the beach. Surf instructors are also trained to work in the office, and may split their time between lessons and retail.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience ($19+). We include 36 hours of paid training. Instructing experience is an asset, but not required. Minimum of 2 years consistent surf experience required.

PART TIME work available. Shifts would be 930-1:30 daily!
