We are looking for a passionate and motivated instructor to spread their love of the ocean and join our team! Our core values are to empower women and minorities to get out on the water. To teach high quality surf lessons in a safe, fun and inclusive environment. We create a non-judgemental community that educates and empowers all peoples to get out in the water. We teach daily beginner surf lessons, intermediate surf lessons and surf camps.

As well as surf lessons, your daily duties would include: maintaining surf and safety equipment, transporting equipment to the beach, management of level 1 instructors, training new staff, working as a liason between instructors and office and checking the beach. We are looking for the individual to also have experience with videography and photography to create content for our social channels, and run the social media.

Staff accommodation is available. Perks of the job include a wetsuit, photos by Bryanna Bradley and surf coaching with Shannon Brown. Must be willing to work over holidays in December, and Spring break (March).
