
The HS will oversee the work of all staff (team of 4-6) and ensure that our client's properties (vacation rentals, residential, offices etc. ) are cleaned to the highest standards. In addition to cleaning, the HS will be responsible for performing quality checks, training new employees, administration/social media work, communicating with and directing employees throughout their shift and reporting to the manager/clients. This is a hands-on job. The position will have a mix of cleaning days and manager days.
We have housing available at the cost of the Employee (Not Pet Friendly).
Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills. Be a Team leader. Have an impeccable eye for detail. Must be organized and able to work under the pressure of a deadline, communicate clearly. Physically capable of performing some heavy lifting (no more than 50 pounds), 8 Hour day. Have a full License, phone and laptop.
