Blue Crush Concierge is a property management + cleaning company and is stoked to be a small team. We are seeking a 3rd Housekeeping Supervisor to join our crew. The HS will oversee the work of staff and ensure that our client’s properties (vacation rentals, residential and offices) are cleaned to the highest standards. In addition to cleaning, the HS will be responsible for performing quality checks, training employees, assisting with drives, communicating with and directing employees throughout their shift and communicating to managers/clients. Will work as acting manager for a couple days a week or as needed.
Must have excellent time management and problem solving skills. Be a team leader. Have an impeccable eye for detail. Must be organized and able to work under the pressure of a deadline (check in!), communicate clearly and be physically capable of performing some heavy lifting.
Full-time position. Open to doing 4 days a week/10 hour days if interested
