These positions are at a 44-bed Long-Term Care facility in Port Alberni.

Responsibilities include:

Documentation is on Point Click Care.

Qualifications

Applicants need to be physically able to work (e.g.: pushing the med cart, positioning residents).
Both RNs and LPNs need to be in good standing with the BCCN&M
they must also be a graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and must be registered to work as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Special courses and seminars leading to sub-specialty in Geriatric Nursing is an asset.
Previous experience with Long Term Care residents including supervision of Care Aides is preferred.
