Position Summary:
Reporting to the Property Operations Manager, the Campground Attendant will provide for the comfort of guests by ensuring the grounds and public areas are clean, groomed and presented in an optimal aesthetic manner. A Campground Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 5-star customer service to all guests.
Clean and maintain Campground sites.
Perform housekeeping duties of Campground common and operation areas.
Maintain Campground garbage/recycling bins, doggie bag dispensers, ashtrays.
Assist in the collection, sorting and returning of recycling.
Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as leaf blowers, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning sawsS.
Perform lawn maintenance and plant beds by mowing, mulching, weeding, aerating, grubbing, thatch removal, trimming or edging and

Qualifications

Ability to work well unsupervised, at a fast pace while maintaining quality standards
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to maintain a high level of work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Highly responsible and reliable
Proficient in English both verbally and in written work
Valid driver’s license
