Shipwreck Pizza is looking for a full-time morning prep chef to join our team! You will be responsible for opening the kitchen in the morning and preparing the day’s dough, sauces, proteins, produce, etc. Candidate must be able to work quickly and efficiently by themselves multitasking and planning out their prep days. Candidate must be able to keep a clean kitchen and follow procedures and recipes as instructed. The prep position is the foundation of our restaurant’s quality and the right candidate must have a desire and passion to maintain this standard.

Qualifications

Being able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Being able to work well independently and with others as part of a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn / adapt to our kitchen standards and practices
Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Food Safe Level 1 required (we will cover the cost for the right candidate)
Two years of kitchen experience required
