
Leads day-to-day office operations and coordinates tours, rentals and guest flow. Manages and supports office staff and guides; coordinates logistics, assignments, and communication. Supports sales and booking conversions wile preventing overbooking and operational risk. Assists Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, and retention of seasonal staff.
1+ season in fast - paced customer-facing operations role. Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, email) with calm, professional conflict resolution. Confident leading a small team: delegating, giving feedback, and keeping standards consistent. Hi attention to detail and reliability with admin processes. Kayaking/outdoor guiding experience and own accommodation in Tofino is strongly preferred.
