Details

We are looking for a baker to join our team at Adriana’s. Shifts are early morning (5am), so ideal for morning person! Looking for someone enthusiastic about baking and working with sourdough.

Staring wage is $23/HR plus tips
Unfortunately, we do not have staff accommodation

Responsibilities & Duties

Prepare and mix dough for pizza, focaccia & sub buns
Bake focaccia and subs
Prepare and bake cookies and donuts
Prep tasks as required
Feeding and maintaining sourdough starter
Cleaning and tidying

Qualifications

Required Skills

Kitchen and or professional baking experience
The ability to stay on task while working alone for long periods
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and be on feet for long stretches
Strong communication and time management skills
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
