We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to spread their love of the ocean and join our management team!  Not only do we teach lessons, we run a second location for renting equipment and have a large retail space.  

This is a long term position with a minimum contract of 1 year. The role will require a person who enjoys change in their day to day schedule and is good at pivoting to address jobs depending on priority. The applicant should be organized, excel at customer service, and enjoy a fast paced environment (for half of the year).  The job will include working in the retail store, communicating with clients and staff, training, maintaining  inventory and equipment, dealing with conflict resolution, and supervising staff. You will help the general manager to ensure the business runs smoothly in day to day tasks.
