We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Breakfast and Lunch Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a Thursday to Monday position, with daytime shifts beginning early in the day. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing our breakfast and lunch service with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items on the line according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Assist with prep and other back-of-house duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous line cooking experience required
• Prior experience with breakfast service is a strong asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Available for early morning shifts
