We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and any suspicious activities are reported promptly.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring all footage is recorded accurately for future reference.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, taking appropriate action as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety protocols are upheld.
Document incidents and prepare detailed reports on any security breaches or unusual occurrences.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.

Qualifications

Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents clearly.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
