We are seeking a reliable and highly detail-oriented Operations Lead / Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations for our short-term vacation rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Oversee and coordinate cleaning schedules and turnovers
· Inspect properties to ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards
· Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues as they arise
· Communicate with cleaners and management to ensure smooth operations
· Assist with hands-on cleaning when required
· Ensure supplies, linens, and equipment are stocked and maintained
· Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
· Comfortable with troubleshooting and making quick decisions
· Reliable, punctual, and professional
· Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
