This job is a split shift that works around school hours. We provide before and after school care and mentoring for school aged children kindergarten to 12 years old. We have a strong philosophy based around on-land learning, exploring, building independent life skills and mentorship for social interactions with a variety of ages. There is an opportunity to have more hours on ProDays and school closures. A signing bonus will be given after 1 year of service.

Qualifications

Successful candidate must be a qualified ECE.
Knowledge and comfort being outside is an asset.
Strong communication skills
love and passion for children a must.
You must have a valid first aid
and be able to obtain a clear criminal record check.

Training and extension of skills and philosophy will be offered, and the right person may be considered for training if their prerequisites are not yet achieved
