Join Our Team at Crystal Cove Beach Resort – Full-Time Housekeeping Couple Wanted!

Are you looking for a change of scenery? Dreaming of waking up by the ocean and working in a friendly, resort environment? We’ve got the job for you!

Crystal Cove Beach Resort is looking for a housekeeping couple (or one awesome individual!) to join our team for the upcoming fall/winter season. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you — all you need is a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a love for dogs (because we’re pet-friendly!).

• A couple ready to take on two full-time housekeeping roles (singles also welcome to apply!)
• Must be available to start between September 8–15, 2025
• Must be able to work 5 days/week, including weekends and holidays
• A commitment to stay until at least April 30, 2026 (bonus points if you're open to staying longer!)
• People who are team players, love a good laugh, and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, work efficiently, and stay organized
• Open to feedback — our standards are high, and we’re happy to train you to meet them
• Comfortable around dogs — if you have dog allergies, this may not be the job for you 
• Free private bedroom in shared staff accommodation 
• Full benefits after 3 months Shared staff tip pool if you stay through April 2026 
• Starting wage of $18.00/hour
