Details

Duties:

Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff
Assist in hiring and retainement
Oversee day to day operations
Assist in managing customer relations/complaints
Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree
3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Supervisor / management experience an asset Language of Work: English
