Details 

Duties:

  • Managing resort staff - housekeeping, desk staff, cleaning staff
  • Assist in hiring and retainement
  • Oversee day to day operations
  • Assist in managing customer relations/complaints
  • Oversee bookings, guest experience, policy development and implementation
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Supervisor / management experience an asset Language of Work: English
