Stay Tofino is seeking a Guest Services and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. You’ll help keep our vacation rentals running smoothly and ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable stay. From coordinating reservations and supporting property management to assisting guests and owners, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences.
Approximately 18–24 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours with our cleaning/laundry team if interested. Alternating weekend coverage is required.
