Job Type

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Tuesday to Saturday

Wage / Salary

• $29 – $39 per hour, starting wage based on experience

Experience

• Automotive Service Technician: 4 years preferred

License / Certification Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification (preferred)
• Standard Vehicle Inspection Certificate (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance as assigned
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using appropriate tools and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used
• Assist with quoting mechanical repairs
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
• Work efficiently within national service standards for applied units per repair
• Perform tire changing and related services

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
