Details 

Working with Project Coordinator and Field Operations manager on both Commercial and Residential size projects.

  • Prepare accurate take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals
  • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and contract documentation
  • Manage projects from award through close out
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crew
  • Manage change orders, progress billing, and cost tracking
  • Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements
Qualifications 
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Proficient with estimating and project management software(STACK,RAKEN)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negation abilities
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solver with attention to detail and accountability mindset
  • 3-7+Years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management
