Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and guests for the ultimate experience.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues, make informed judgments and handle unexpected situations effectively
Possesses basic handyman abilities, including plumbing, electrical resets, and minor repairs, with the capacity to troubleshoot common room issues, safely use essential tools, and maintain a working understanding of heating and lighting systems
Clear documentation and reporting of issues
Reliability and punctuality and good time management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
