The Port Alberni Shelter Society is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our growing team. Our services are rooted in harm reduction and recovery-oriented approaches, supporting individuals with substance use and complex needs through a continuum of care that prioritizes safety, respect, and personal choice.

We operate a Shelter, Sobering Site, Wellness Centre which includes our Overdose Prevention Site, and the Therapeutic Recovery Community at Shelter Farm. Our work aligns with trauma-informed, person-centred practices and supports individuals at all stages of change.
