A private homeowner is seeking one or more reliable individuals to assist with general maintenance and projects around the house. This is a flexible, hands-on role with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities may include:

• Repair and maintenance of soffits and gutters

• Basic electrical work (preferred but not required)

• Plumbing tasks, including moving or changing pipes

• Landscaping and outdoor maintenance

• Various other household projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in one or more of the above areas is highly desirable (electrical, plumbing, landscaping)

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

• Ability to handle physical labor and outdoor tasks
