We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual or couple to live on-site at our property along the beautiful Stamp River in Port Alberni.

This is a night caretaker role in exchange for a full-service RV site. There is no monetary compensation, but the position includes:

• Free RV pad rent
• Hydro
• Water and sewer
• Internet
• A peaceful riverfront setting

The position is available year round, so the right person could stay for the entire year.

In exchange, we are looking for someone who will be present on the property during the evenings and overnight to provide general oversight of the campground. Duties are minimal and mainly involve being available if any issues arise during the nigh and helping ensure a safe and respectful environment for guests.

This position would be ideal for someone who enjoys quiet evenings, being outdoors, and living in a beautiful riverside setting.

• Must have your own RV or trailer
• Responsible, dependable, and respectful
• Comfortable being the primary contact during nighttime hours
• Ability to commit for the camping season (May through September) with the option to stay year round
